The Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration qualifies the trainee arbitrator with all the necessary skills and knowledge to become a certified international arbitrator from the International Arbitration Institute.
Diploma objectives:
The ability to provide consultations in the field of arbitration in commercial contract disputes, banks, investment disputes, engineering construction contracts (Fedic), BOT contracts, and partnership contracts between the public and private sectors (p.p.p).
Studying different types of cases and legal memorandums.
Study of arbitration in maritime and air transport contracts.
Studying arbitration in some specialized contracts (petroleum contracts, franchise contracts, intellectual property rights, electronic arbitration, insurance disputes and contracts, the stock market, and sports dispute settlement.
Learn about regulations, legal concepts, and individuals subject to each law.
Preparing and drafting memorandums, legal statements, administrative decisions, writing and preparing contracts and legal notes.
International Certificates and Accreditations:
1 - A certificate accredited by the International Commission for Arbitration of passing the Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration.
2 - A certified certificate from the arbitration unit of Equity College in England.
3 - A certificate approved by the Human Rights Committee of the Bar Association of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
4 - Membership in the International Arbitration Commission with the title of Master Counselor in International Arbitration with a membership card in Arabic and a membership card in English.
5 - The student’s name is listed on the official website of the International Arbitration Commission.
6 - Membership card of the Human Rights Committee of the Bar Association of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
7- An accredited certificate from Cairo University certified by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (at an additional cost of $150)
7 - Membership card of the International Court for the Settlement of Disputes in London, Encoder Court (at an additional cost of $150).
8 - A membership card from the Equity College Arbitration Unit in London (an additional cost of $100).
9 - Intellectual Property Rights Membership Card (fee of $100)
