Brigadier General Dr. Youssef Wessal

He is a professor of law and strategic sciences at the Police College and Helwan University

He works as a lecturer at the Police Academy and the Nasser Military Academy. He also works as a member of the Council of the Faculty of Law at Helwan University and a lecturer for strategic management at the American University in Cairo. He has many studies in the security fields and the fields of negotiation and conflict resolution. He also has extensive experience in the legal and diplomatic fields.
